Technical: LSI design development/software development/IT service (Employment: regular employee)

Even applicants with an unrelated university major may apply, as there is a 6-month new employee training system.

Starting Salary Graduate School (Master) ¥227,000
University (4 Year) ¥205,000
Allowances Overtime work (no upper limit on payment amount* Overtime hours are within the scope of Agreement 36, average of 20 hours a month as of September 2017), late night work, holiday work, job title, commuting (up to 50,000 yen/month based on company regulations)
Raise Once a year (April)* Based on annual personnel evaluation
Bonus Twice a year (June and December) *Depending on performance, there is also payment in March

Work Locations Head Office (Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture), branch offices (Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture; Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture), and others
Working Hours Flextime System (Core Time: 9:00-15:00) Standard working hours: 8 hours
During the training period, working from 8:30 to 17:30 is standard according to the content of the training.
Holidays Annual holidays: 121 days
2 days per week (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays (*Attendance required on some holidays), summer and New Year's holidays, annual paid leave (from 3 months after joining), occasions for celebration or sorrow, other special leave (maternity leave, child care, nursing care, etc.)
